1. No Return or Refund Policy

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, sanitary pads once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This policy is in place to ensure:

  • Hygiene and safety of all customers

  • Compliance with health and personal care regulations

  • Product integrity and quality assurance


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used sanitary pads

  • Damaged packaging after delivery

  • Products purchased during offers or promotions

  • Products with minor packaging variations that do not affect usage


3. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

Refund or replacement will be considered only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • An incorrect product is delivered

➡️ The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
➡️ Clear unboxing video or photos are mandatory for verification

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the product or

  • Provide a store credit (as applicable)


4. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched:

  • Cancellation is not allowed

  • Refunds will not be issued


5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to:

  • Check product details carefully before placing an order

  • Ensure correct delivery address

  • Read all product information before purchase


6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from Pad4You, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy and acknowledge that hygiene products are non-refundable.

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
