1. No Return or Refund Policy
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, sanitary pads once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This policy is in place to ensure:

Product integrity and quality assurance
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used sanitary pads
Damaged packaging after delivery
Products purchased during offers or promotions
Products with minor packaging variations that do not affect usage
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
Refund or replacement will be considered only if:
The product is damaged during transit, or
An incorrect product is delivered
➡️ The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
➡️ Clear unboxing video or photos are mandatory for verification
Once verified, we will:
Replace the product or
Provide a store credit (as applicable)
4. No Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped or dispatched:
Cancellation is not allowed
Refunds will not be issued
5. Customer Responsibility

Ensure correct delivery address

By purchasing from Pad4You, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy and acknowledge that hygiene products are non-refundable.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
