● Return Eligibility  

Due to hygiene and personal care safety reasons, sanitary pad and personal hygiene products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be accepted only in the following cases

    ● Product packaging is tampered or defective
    ● Product missing from the order

To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as photos or videos.

● Non-Returnable Items  

The following items are not eligible for return or refund

    ● Products damaged after delivery
    ● Products returned without original packaging
    ● Personal hygiene products used by the customer

● Refund Process  

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

● Replacement Policy  

If an eligible product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we may provide

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
